HOUSING TRAY FOR MUSHROOM CULTURING BOTTLE, AND METHOD FOR CULTURING MUSHROOM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing tray for mushroom culturing bottles with which arrangement of culturing bottles in the housing tray for mushroom culturing bottles is made appropriate according to respective culture processes in artificial culture of mushroom in a bottle so as to efficiently perform temperature management and for growing mushroom fruit bodies not provided with guide bodies respectively into preferable shapes; and to provide a method for culturing mushroom using the tray. SOLUTION: The housing tray 100 includes a bottom plate 10, and a side wall 20 standing along the outer periphery of the bottom plate 10, wherein a plurality of mushroom culturing bottles 30 are disposed on the bottom plate 10. According to the housing tray 100, holding parts 40 for positioning and holding the mushroom culturing bottles 30 are integrally set up on the bottom plate 10 to stand in such an arrangement as to go along the outer periphery of the bottom surface of each of the mushroom culturing bottles 30 at necessary intervals.
