MULTI-CAVITY MOLD, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MAGNET PIECE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MAGNET ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein burr occurs in a magnet piece since pouring of a molten magnetic resin material to a cavity does not end simultaneously in a multi-cavity mold for forming a plurality of magnet pieces by one shot. SOLUTION: In the multi-cavity mold, a cavity for forming the magnet piece is formed between a movable side cavity insert and a fixed side cavity insert in a pair by closing the mold of the movable and fixed molds. In the multi-cavity mold, a sub-runner in which a main runner formed in the fixed mold is branched into a plurality of parts communicates with individual cavities via a gate, a cavity having a smaller cross section is disposed closer to the main runner, and a cavity having a larger cross section is disposed farther from the main runner.
