The radiation detector includes a plurality of Faraday cups, and each Faraday cup has a cover. Each cover includes a window structure from which radiation can pass through to the Faraday cup. The window structure of each cover is different for each Faraday cup. Each Faraday cup contains a target which is structured to emit photoelectrons when radiation enters the target.
