Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bill processor from wrongly discharging bills when the bill processor accepts bill delivery instructions and discharges the bills stored in the bill processor. SOLUTION: The bill processor identifies bills inserted, determines storage attributes of the bills based on the identification results, detects a failure of the bill processor, associates the detected failure with the storage attributes, and excludes the bills corresponding to the storage attributes associated with the detected failure from the discharged bills.
