Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for supplementing information with which the items of proceedings in absence can be confirmed concerning even minutes in which the items of proceedings are gathered in an order different from the order of utterance. SOLUTION: A minutes output device includes: a time determination part for comparing the description content of each of the items of proceedings included in minutes with utterance content recorded in utterance records, and for determining the time of each of the items of proceedings; an absence situation determination part for collating a time determined by the time determination part with absence records, and for determining the absence situations of each participant for each of the items of proceedings included in the minutes; and an absence situation recording part for recording the absence situations of each of the items of proceedings determined by the absence situation determination part in association with the minutes.
