Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management device for preventing a circulated electronic document from being browsed. SOLUTION: The electronic document management device includes: a circulation setting means that configures settings such that an electronic document is circulated among predetermined persons; a circulation stop setting means that configures settings such that a first electronic document circulated based on the content set by the circulation setting means is associated with a second electronic document different from the first electronic document, and that the circulation of the first electronic document is stopped; and a transmission means transmitting instruction information to circulate the second electronic document based on the content set by the circulation setting means and instruction information to stop circulation of the first electronic document based on the content set by the circulation stop setting means.
