APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING IMAGE, AND LIQUID TONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming method securing stability of print quality, in wet electrophotography printing using electrostatic transfer, and to provide a liquid toner used for image formation. SOLUTION: In a conductivity adjustment part 30, a toner tank 345 has a charge control agent tank 348 for replenishing a charge control agent used for controlling the conductivity of the toner, a carrier liquid tank 349 for replenishing carrier liquid, and a high-concentration toner tank 350 for replenishing a high-concentration toner. A conductivity meter 346 for measuring the conductivity of the toner in the tank is mounted in the toner tank 345, and a measurement result by the conductivity meter 346 is given to a control substrate 343 as information by an electric signal. The control substrate 343 controls supply adjusting devices P1, P2 connected respectively to the charge control agent tank 348 and the carrier liquid tank 349 based on the measurement result by the conductivity meter 346.
