SOLUTION: The body 12, 13 of a saddlecloth for racehorse breaking 11 is formed of a canvas 14 made of regenerated polyester fiber threads, wherein a resin, fine grains or a mixture thereof having frictional resistance to a saddle adheres to the surfaces of the threads (Claims 1 to 3). The body 12, 13 of the saddlecloth is formed of a canvas 14 made of regenerated polyester fiber threads, wherein surfaces of the threads are napped, and a resin, fine grains or a mixture thereof having frictional resistance to a saddle adheres to the napped surfaces (Claims 4 to 6).
