Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination angle measuring instrument for precisely measuring an inclination angle. SOLUTION: The inclination angle measuring instrument 1 includes a casing 2, a light source 3 fixed to the casing 2, a light reception section 5 fixed to the casing 2 while opposing the light source 3, a lens 4 for condensing light emitted from the light source 3 at the light reception section 5, and a calculation section for calculating an inclination angle to a perpendicular direction of the casing, based on an electric signal outputted from the light reception section 5.
