Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out energy saving of a regeneration process of drying gas by using low temperature steam in a desorption process and a heating process. SOLUTION: The regenerating method 20 of drying gas includes a heating process 21, a trap process 22, a compression process 23, an adsorption process 24, and a desorption process 25. In the heating process 21, first exhaust 401b is heated by heat exchange with saturated steam 300a. First drying gas 401a is regenerated from the first exhaust 401b by the heating process 21. The saturated steam 300a having gone through the heating process 21 becomes an emission 300b. By the trap process 22 and the compression process 23, compressed steam 300d is obtained from the emission 300b. By the adsorption process 24, second drying gas 402a is regenerated from second exhaust 402b. In the desorption process 25, the compressed steam 300d is brought in contact with a post-process adsorbent 410b having adsorbed a solvent.
