Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device which can maintain a lubricating oil in an end of a pin to reduce a supply amount of lubricating oil and can prevent wear on a pin end surface. SOLUTION: A power transmission chain 1 is equipped with an impedance 15 and two types of pins 14 having different length relatively which couple links 11, 16 in a chain longitudinal direction so as to be bendable in the longitudinal direction. A lubricating oil holding part 16b for preventing the lubricating oil from being scattered radially outward is formed at least on an outer radial side of the link 16 arranged on outermost side in the chain width direction so as to extend to the outside in the chain width direction.
