SHEET FOR CONCEALED INFORMATION BEARER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a concealed information bearer which enables a copy to be obtained and which can selectively prepare two types of concealed information bearer that is effective for preventing alteration of concealed information. SOLUTION: A sheet 1 for a concealed post card as the sheet for concealed information bearer is configured such that notification slips 5, 6 are provided for a concealment slip 2 through folding/detaching perforations 3, 4, and that a lamination structure 12 having pseudo-bonded film layers 7, 8 and a post card display 13 are provided on one surface of the concealment slip 2, the lamination structure 12 is covered with a release sheet 11. One side of each of the notification slips 5, 6 is a copy entry face and covered with separable copy slips 21, 22, wherein concealed information written on the exposed surface of the copy slips 21, 22 is designed to be duplicated on the copy entry face. One of the notification slips 5, 6 is selected, with the concealed information duplicated and with the corresponding copy slips 20, 21 separated. On the surface having the lamination structure 12 of the concealment slip 2 from which a release sheet 11 is peeled off, the notification slips 5, 6 are folded and superimposed to form a concealed post card.
