SOLUTION: The inner surface 2A of a body part 2 of an inkjet head 1 having a channel through which liquid passes and the inner surface 3A of an orifice plate 3 are coated with photocatalyst 13, and the body part 2 of the inkjet head 1 and the orifice plate 3 which are coated with the photocatalyst 13 are calcined, and then the photocatalyst 13 on the body part 2 of the inkjet head 1 and the photocatalyst 13 on the orifice plate 3 which are calcined are irradiated with ultraviolet rays 31.
