Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position at least one cross pin so that a graft may be fixed in a shin bone tunnel and to position at least one cross pin so as to cross the shin bone tunnel so that the cross pin may be arranged in a shin bone, and more preferably arranged in a skin part of the shin bone adjacently to a flat part of the shine bone. SOLUTION: A device for fixing a graft in a bone tunnel includes a bone tunnel guide rod 25 and a movable element 55 arranged so as to freely slide in the periphery thereof. A drilling means is supported in a prescribed position by a drill guide member 58. The drill guide member 58 is attached to a frame member 10. The frame member 10 is attached to the bone tunnel guide member 25. The bone tunnel guide rod is inserted into the bone tunnel and the device 5 is held to the bone to restrict a further insertion of the movable element 55 to the bone tunnel.
