Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drying performance decline due to clogging of a lint filter. SOLUTION: In a drying process, a condensation temperature is detected by condensation temperature detection means, and when the temperature detected by the condensation temperature detection means exceeds a predetermined value, the output of a heat pump unit is lowered to a predetermined value, and a filter clogging sign is displayed or reported at an operation/display unit. Thus, it can be accurately reported to a user that it is a filter clogging state, and the highly reliable drum washing and drying machine in which performance decline is prevented and safety is secured can be provided.
