DRUM WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum washing and drying machine capable of detecting optimum drying time according to the volume of clothes. SOLUTION: By disposing a water tub unit 7 housing a rotary drum 2 in a water tub 3 and a heat pump unit 12 inside a washing machine casing 1 and connecting the water tub unit 7 and the heat pump unit 12 by a blowing duct, not only washing but also the drying of clothes housed inside the rotary drum 2 can be executed. For the drying time, by setting appropriate drying time according to various volumes by detecting one or both of the predetermined time and the difference of temperatures according to the volume of the clothes, half-drying and over-drying can be prevented.
