PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooking performance by facilitating a user to change an original cooking course (cooking control) or an already set automatic cooking course. SOLUTION: A control means 6 detects a change of a cooking operation or a control environment such as a change of a cooking procedure manually performed by the user including, for example, a change of heating setting, a temperature change of a cooking container (pan) 2, a flip of the pan 2, or an exchange of the pan 2, as an event, records the change of the event as a single unit (hereinafter, referred to as a block) along with other information such as time and integrated power in a memory means 9, and stores a combination of such blocks as a single cooking course so that the user can select the stored cooking course as the original course when the user cooks next time.
