PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch capable of: reliably carrying out electric connection of a movable contact support body and a movable contact body; reliably preventing generation of arc; and achieving sufficient durability and downsizing. SOLUTION: The switch 1 includes: a case 10; a fixed contact body 40 and a movable contact support body 50 fitted at a bottom face of a contact-containing part 11 of the case 10; movable contact bodies 60 each having a movable contact 61 axially supported in free rocking and getting in and out of contact with a fixed contact 45 of the fixed contact body 40 in contact with a top-side 55 of an erected part 54 of the movable contact support body 50; and an operation knob 150 equipped with an operation part 190 for making a rocking operation of each movable contact body 60 by moving in contact with the top face of the movable contact body 60. In this case, a short-circuiting piece 200 is attached to an erected part 54 of each movable contact support body 50. The short-circuiting piece 200 is equipped with: a contact part 201 in contact with one of the faces of the erected part 54; and an elastic contact part 203 protruded from right and left sides of the contact part 201, bent so as to be along the side faces 69 of each movable contact body 60 and in elastic contact with the side faces 69.
