APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING PLANT CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for supporting plant construction planning, with which an efficient construction plan can be created. SOLUTION: A construction plan supporting apparatus for supporting construction planning of a plant configured of a plurality of components to be constructed in a construction area includes: a work group database, an input means and a plan creating means. To the work group database, the same kind of repeated works in a construction work of the plant are collected, respectively, and a plurality of work groups are set. The work group database is provided for each of the work groups, and the construction area is divided into small areas for each component to be constructed. The work group database stores therein area information about the small areas to implement the repeated works of the work group, quantities of jobs for workers and heavy industrial machines required for the work group and restriction condition information including a preceding/following correlation of the work groups, respectively. The input means inputs a setting parameter which is variable for the construction plan, and the schedule creating means creates the construction plan which satisfies the restriction condition information, using the work group database on the basis of the setting parameter input by the input means.
