SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic product containing a flaky powder coated with a metal oxide, free from luster and having an aspect ratio of ≥10 is produced by adding a volatile solvent to a cosmetic base to form a slurry, filling the slurry in a container and removing the volatile solvent.
