Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise powder supply device which suppresses the aggregation of powder in a hopper, includes the hopper into which carrier gas is supplied and through the upper side which powder is charged, a carrier gas exhaust part provided at the lower part of the hopper for exhausting the carrier gas, and a powder quantitative supply part provided at the lower part of the hopper for quantitatively supplying the charged powder to the carrier gas exhaust part. SOLUTION: The powder supply device includes the hopper 31 into which the carrier gas is supplied and through the upper side of which the powder is charged, the carrier gas exhaust part provided at the lower part of the hopper for exhausting the carrier gas, and the powder quantitative supply part provided at the lower part of the hopper for quantitatively supplying the charged powder to the carrier gas exhaust part, wherein a vibration imparting means 61 is provided for imparting vibration directly to the powder dropping in the hopper.
