Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device for obtaining a gradient of a predetermined output waveform in a transmission driver used for an ultrasonic diagnostic system or the like without depending on the variation in manufacturing of an output transistor. SOLUTION: A replica copied from an output transistor by reducing the gate width of the transistor is formed on the same substrate and disposed closely. Thus, utilizing the features that both have the same variation in manufacture, a gate-source voltage at which the on-resistance of the replica becomes identical to an ideal value is made a difference in potential to be imparted between the gate and source of the output transistor.
