RECORDING SYSTEM, SERVER, TERMINAL AND RECORD DISTRIBUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when imaging contents by a video telephone set are recorded in a device of a recording side, a user who has been recorded cannot edit or delete the record. SOLUTION: An imaging record management method in a system comprising a server connected to a network and managing imaging contents by a terminal with an imaging function and a plurality of terminals with imaging functions connected to the network includes: a step in which a first terminal with an imaging function in the system communicates with a single or a plurality of terminals with imaging functions of a communication destination which are different from the first terminal with an imaging function, decides conditions about the distribution of the imaging contents during the communication, and then transmits the conditions to the server; and a step in which the server transmits the information including the imaging contents or a notice of denial of distribution of the imaging contents in accordance with the conditions to an apparatus as a target of setting of the conditions.
