Moreover, in the reduced pressure vessel, a sensor to detect the gas or the electrolytic solution is installed, and when receiving a signal that the sensor detects a concentration equal to or higher than a specific concentration of the gas or the electrolytic solution, the sensor cuts off the energy storage device and an object to which the energy storage device supplies electric power.
