Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent explosion and burst of an energy storage device, prevent external discharge of gas and an electrolytic solution, and reduce shape change of the energy storage device. SOLUTION: A system has: at least one energy storage device including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and the electrolytic solution; a reduced pressure vessel in which the interior is depressurized, which is connected to the energy storage device via a valve and absorbs gas generated from the energy storage device or the electrolytic solution; and an adsorbent which is installed in the reduced pressure vessel and adsorbs the gas or the electrolytic solution. Moreover, in the reduced pressure vessel, a sensor to detect the gas or the electrolytic solution is installed, and when receiving a signal that the sensor detects a concentration equal to or higher than a specific concentration of the gas or the electrolytic solution, the sensor cuts off the energy storage device and an object to which the energy storage device supplies electric power.
