Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set benefits to an auction participant while hiding the condition of giving the benefits. SOLUTION: The system for giving benefits in action is configured to: acquire user information and auction information by using the user ID and auction ID of a user who has tendered a bid (S102); determine whether a target bit is a bid for giving benefits on the basis of the auction information; when the determination is positive (S104: YES), determine whether the bidder has been successful only once or has not been successful yet on the basis of the "successful bid history" of the user information (S106); when the result of determination is YES, acquire benefit-giving condition information to be applied to the bidder at random; associate the user ID with the auction information, set the benefit-giving condition information (S108); and notify a user that the benefit hidden to the bidder has been set (S110).
