TONER CARRIER, DEVELOPING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner carrier capable of preventing an electric field, in which hopping of toner is performed, from being not formed by disconnection, and to provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus with the toner carrier. SOLUTION: The toner carrier includes: a roller member; a plurality of electrodes provided in the roller member; and a feeding part which is electrically connected to the electrodes and in which feeding is performed by a power supply provided in the developing device; wherein the feeding part and the electrodes are electrically connected so that two or more paths, through which electricity flows from the feeding part to the electrodes, are formed.
