Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely identify spots and space where thunder discharge and discharge to the ground have occurred by utilizing information notified from a thunder supervision system for a radar signal processing apparatus for obtaining three-dimensional distribution of cloud based on observation data delivered from an observation station of a weather radar. SOLUTION: The radar signal processing apparatus includes: a thunder information obtaining means of obtaining thunder supervision information that is given from the thunder supervision system and indicates a position of occurrence of a thunder discharge; and a thunder mark means of marking the top of an echo at a position shown by the thunder supervision information to distribution that is delivered from the observation station of a weather radar and is in a vertical direction of echo intensity measured by the observation station for each geographical position.
