Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent complication of component structure causing increase in assembly man-hours and unnecessary increase in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In a front fork, an adjuster 4 vertically moving an upper end position of a coil spring S stored and installed in a fork body constituted of a vehicle body side tube 1 and a wheel side tube 2, is disposed to a cap member 11 closing an upper end opening in the vehicle body side tube 1. In the front fork, a rotation center line of the adjuster 4 is eccentric in a radial direction in the vehicle side tube 1, with respect to an axial center line in the vehicle body side tube 1, and any one of a sealing plug V2 allowing sealing of gas in the fork body, an air valve V1 changing atmospheric pressure or gas pressure in the fork body, and a filling plug filling the fork body with working fluid is built into the adjuster 4.
