PORTABLE WORKBENCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workbench which makes a hand hold bar protruded in a rising attitude by means of a structurally simple mounting bracket. SOLUTION: A lock pin 12, which can slide upward and downward in a horizontal attitude between locking and unlocking positions L and K, is supported in a penetrating manner at the lower end 5a of the hand hold bar 5. When the lock pin 12 is in the unlocking position K in a state in which the lower end 5a of the hand hold bar 5 is fitted into the upper half portion A of the groove portion 8 of the mounting bracket 6, the hand hold bar 5 can be turned. The lock pin 12 is slid to the locking position L, and engaged into the notch 9 of the upper half portion A of the groove portion 8, so that the hand hold bar 5 can be fixed in a rising attitude. Additionally, when the lock pin 12 is in the unlocking position K in a state in which the lower end 5a of the hand hold bar 5 is in the state of being fitted into the lower half portion B of the groove portion 8, the hand hold bar 5 can be turned. The lock pin 12 is slid to the locking position L, and engaged into the notch 10 of the lower half portion B of the groove portion, so that the hand hold bar 5 can be fixed in a folded attitude.
