Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus which can suppress the deterioration of image quality. SOLUTION: The printing apparatus has (A) a plurality of nozzle arrays from which a cyan ink, a magenta ink, a yellow ink and a black ink are delivered, respectively, (B) a sensor which outputs a signal corresponding to a temperature change of the ink, and (C) a control part (D) which forms dots of the black ink on a medium when an image including black is printed and forms dots of the black ink and dots where the cyan ink, the magenta ink and the yellow ink overlap on the medium when the ink temperature based on the output result of the sensor is not higher than a threshold.
