Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding apparatus of resin composition which is capable of suppressing generation of die scrap when manufacturing the resin composition, and manufactured without any error before the pelletization after the extrusion, and capable of manufacturing the resin composition without any characteristic degradation when the resin composition is used for an insulator or a sheath of a wire and a cable, and a method for manufacturing the resin composition. SOLUTION: The extruding apparatus 13 of the resin composition includes an extruding machine body 3 for melting, kneading and extruding a charged raw material of the resin composition, and a die 12 which is provided on a head 2 of the extruding machine body 3 to extrude and mold the resin composition in a strand shape. An annular projection part 21 of a hollow cylindrical shape which is continuous to a die hole 22 and tapered toward a fore end is provided on a face of the extrusion side of the die 12.
