Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet suppressing occurrence of interference fringe on the surface of a base body sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a transferring layer containing at least a first metal glossy film layer and a second metal glossy film layer formed on the base body sheet. The first metal glossy film layer has light transmissivity, and the surface of the base body side is formed in irregular shape. The second metal glossy film layer has light reflectivity, is provided adjacent to the surface opposite to the base body sheet side of the first metal glossy film layer, the interface with the first metal glossy film layer being flat.
