METHOD FOR PRODUCING PERFUME COATED CHEWING GUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing chewing gum coated with a perfume on the surface thereof, which has a coating step capable of stably coating on the surface of a chewing gum having ununiform height, a uniform amount of a water-based liquid form material containing a thickener and a liquid perfume. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing chewing gum coated with a perfume on the surface thereof, having a sep of coating a water-based liquid material into a stripe pattern on the surface of chewing gum having ununiform height, which water-based liquid material contains a thickener and a liquid perfume, wherein, many coating nozzle holes are positioned in the transfer-crossing direction of the coating line to form a coating nozzle hole group, the coating nozzle hole group is formed by installing a shim plate having comb-shaped grooves between a pair of coating nozzle blocks, a coating nozzle device having a square form bottom opening hole shape of the coating nozzle group and at the bottom surface of the nozzle block of the coating nozzle device, is used, and the water-based liquid form material is coated by extruding through the comb groove of the shim plate of the coating device.
