CONFIGURATION DEVICE, CONFIGURATION METHOD AND CONFIGURATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration device that efficiently configures logic circuits. SOLUTION: The configuration device is provided with: a data holding part 110 which holds formal configuration data 112 composed of test configuration data 111 for configuring test logic circuits in each of a plurality of FPGAs included in an FPGA part 200, and a plurality of formal device data 112a; a configuration control part 120 which constructs the logic circuits in the plurality of FPGAs; and a configuration selection part 130 which measures input/output characteristics among the plurality of FPGAs in which electronic circuits are constructed by test device data to extract specific device data from the plurality of test device data. The configuration control part 120 constructs the logic circuits in the plurality of FPGAs by the formal device data 112a associated with the extracted test device data 111a.
