KARAOKE SYSTEM INCLUDING STEREOSCOPIC DISPLAY FUNCTION OF LYRIC CHARACTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke system which shows singing timing to a singer without changing colors of lyric characters according to progress of a performance, and makes persons other than the singer correctly recognize lyric characters. SOLUTION: Two stereoscopic source images with different brightness are set, and viewed by overlapping the two stereoscopic source image, and thus, a stereoscopic image is displayed using a DFD (Depth Fused 3-D) visual illusion. The system includes: a lyrics drawing control means 38a for drawing lyrics character images by obtaining a display timing data of the lyrics character image from a lyrics drawing data which are set for each musical piece; and a display conversion control means 38b in which one lyric character is segmented in order to indicate a singing position by obtaining a singing position data from the lyrics drawing data, and which displays either a singing finished section or a singing unfinished section, as the stereoscopic lyrics image by using the two stereoscopic source images.
