Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning data receiver capable of quickly acquiring a correct navigation message even if a bit error is contained partly, and to provide an error correction device and a program. SOLUTION: Whether or not a navigation message contains an error is determined on the basis of collation of parity bits. When it is determined that an error of one bit is contained in a word of the navigation message, the error part of one bit which is uniquely identified on the basis of the collation result of the parity bits is corrected, and the corrected word is supplied to a later stage.
