Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting material which is arranged without becoming a hindrance to a ventilation path of an exterior wall for ventilation, and without damaging a waterproof layer; and also to provide a detailing structure of the parting material. SOLUTION: This parting material S is arranged in a gap formed in an exterior wall surface of a building. The parting material S includes a long parting fixing flashing metal 2, and a parting cover 1. The parting fixing flashing metal 2 comprises a parting body fixing member 23, a parting cover fixing member 22, and a parting body member 21. The parting body member 21 comprises a ventilation portion 21b. At least one vent hole is formed in the ventilation portion 21b. Additionally, the parting material S is mounted by stretching upper and lower end portions of the parting body fixing member 23 against the top and bottom surfaces of the gap.
