Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for methane fermentation wastewater which can use methane wastewater, containing SS generated by nitrification and denitrification, for subsequent spraying treatment for cooling exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The methane wastewater generated by methane fermentation treatment 1 of a high moisture content waste material of waste materials is subjected to nitrification treatment and denitrification treatment 2 to reduce the concentration of the ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater. When the obtained treated water is used for cooling of exhaust gas generated during treatment of the waste materials other than the high moisture content waste material by incineration or melting, SS removal treatment is carried out before and after a nitrification/denitrification process comprising the nitrification treatment and denitrification treatment to reduce the concentration of the SS in the methane wastewater.
