Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffuser capable of suppressing spill when being fallen. SOLUTION: A cap 31 is mounted on the mouth 24 of a container body 11 storing a chemical liquid, so as to clog the opening 25. A plurality of small holes 42 are arranged in the top part 33 of the cap 31. The inner diameter dimension of each small hole 42 is set to be substantially the same as the outer shape dimension of each wick 12, thereby putting each single wick 12 through each small hole 42. The opening directions of the respective small holes 42 are set so as to allow the extension parts 71 of the respective wicks 12 extended upward from an upper surface 41 to be radially extended where the wicks 12 are inserted into the respective small holes 42.
