WEB INFORMATION PRESENTING DEVICE AND WEB INFORMATION PRESENTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web information presenting device and a Web information presenting method which are capable of easily presenting Web information of a configuration suitable for voice reading when a browser having a voice reading function requests viewing of Web information. SOLUTION: The Web information presenting device includes a visually handicapped person screen information generating part 12 for generating visually handicapped person screen information based on the screen information for healthy person, a screen information group storing part 14 which stores the screen information for healthy person, the screen information for handicapped person that is generated, and the information for detection which is associated with the screen information as screen information group, a Web information acquiring part 17 which, upon acquiring address information for detection information for requesting Web information by a Web browser having voice reading function from a user terminal 20, acquires the screen information for visually handicapped person that corresponds to the detection information as the Web information, and a Web information presenting part 18 which presents the Web information to the user terminal 20 that is the source of the address information.
