SOLUTION: The torque limiter device 1 includes a flywheel 5, a clutch disc assembly 6, a cover plate 34, a pressure ring 32, a plurality of friction materials 26, a plurality of rivets 36, and a cone spring 33. The rivet 36 has a first head portion 36d disposed axially between a disc portion 10 and the cover plate 34, and is fixed to the cover plate 34.
