LOCKING DEVICE AND FIREPROOF FITTINGS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device easily after-fitted to existing fittings and causing no looseness to a locked door body, and fireproof fittings equipped with the locking device. SOLUTION: The locking device includes a locking body 1 provided at one of the outer peripheral surface 31 of the door body 3 and the inner peripheral surface 41 of a frame body 4 enclosing the door body 3, and a lock receiving implement 2 provided on the other surface. The locking body 1 includes a fixed part 11, a movable part 12, an elastic body 13 and a temperature fuse 14. The fixed part 11 is fixed to one surface, and the movable part 12 is connected to the fixed part 11 and movable in a width direction, and includes an engaging part 15 engaged with an engaged part 21 provided at the lock receiving implement 2. The elastic body 13 energizes the movable part 12 toward the lock receiving implement 2, and the temperature fuse 14 connects the fixed part 11 and the movable part 12 to each other, and holds the movable part 12 against the energizing force of the elastic body 13.
