Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint-proof hard coat film having high hardness which fulfills both hard coat property and fingerprint-proof and prevents fingerprint stain. SOLUTION: In the fingerprint-proof film, a hard coat layer 2 and a fingerprint-proof layer 3 are laminated on a transparent substrate 1 in this order. The thickness of the hard coat layer 2 is 1.5-10 times with respect to the thickness of the fingerprint-proof layer 3. The difference in refractive index between the hard coat layer 2 and the fingerprint-proof layer 3 is 0.1 or less. The hard coat layer 2 is preferably formed by a resin including acrylic monomer or urethane acrylate oligomer as the principal component. The fingerprint-proof layer 3 is preferably formed by an acrylic resin or urethane acrylate resin containing at least either one of a polyalkyl group and a polyether group.
