IMAGE RECORD EXTRACTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when an organizer, etc. photographs guests who visit the hall, there is a possibility that the image is distributed to a person who does not actually visit the hall, or is distributed to a person who is not greatly photographed, or is not photographed in the center of the image, and either case is an action by which another person intends to get an image of a specified person, and it becomes a privacy problem if consent of the photographed person oneself is not obtained. SOLUTION: The organizer obtains facial image data of the visitors in the hall, gives an ID for the data, and makes a visitor who desires the image distribution, to apply an ID when visiting the hall and the facial image data of the visitor oneself. The organizer confirms the visitor oneself by comparing the ID when visiting the hall and the facial image data. The organizer extracts image data in which the face of the person who is mainly photographed in the image, agrees with the face of the applicant out of image data photographed in the hall.
