Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: although there is a growing need for illumination using a commercial power source due to the spread of white LED, many circuit components are required for conversion to a low voltage and for driving the white LED with a constant current, because a driving voltage of the white LED is 4 to 6 volts dependently upon a bandgap voltage of a light-emitting element and must be converted to a low voltage in the case of using the white LED with the commercial power source. SOLUTION: A white LED driving voltage is set to a high voltage near a voltage of the commercial power source, whereby a driving current is reduced and a power source circuit and a driving circuit are simplified.
