Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater capable of carrying out efficient heating by a circularly supplied heating liquid, and capable of preventing breakage of an excitation coil due to exposure to liquid in a liquid storage receptor. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction liquid heating device E, a liquid heating device 1 comprising a cylindrical heating element 100, a passage 101 of a liquid W piercing an interior of the heating element 100, the excitation coil 103 wound around a peripheral surface of the heating element 100, and a cover 105 covering the heating element 100 so as to not expose the excitation coil 103 is disposed so as to be immersed in the liquid W in the liquid storage receptor 2, and the liquid W in the passage 101 is heated by applying alternating electric power to the excitation coil 103, and heating the heating element 100 by electromagnetic induction action. The heater H is comprised by connecting the electromagnetic induction liquid heating device E and a radiator 4 for heating, and heating is carried out by natural convection or radiation in the radiator 4 for heating by the heating liquid W circularly supplied from the electromagnetic induction liquid heating E.
