Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy construction of coating by thermal spraying or the like to a narrow part on the runner inner diameter side in manufacturing and to dispense with welding construction after thermal spraying. SOLUTION: A runner 1 for a Francis turbine includes a crown 2, a band 3 and a plurality of runner blades 4 arranged between the crown 2 and the band 3. The runner blades 4 are divided into the crown side and the band side, and wear resistant treatment is applied to the respective surfaces of a crown side runner 1a with a crown side runner blade 4a integrated with the crown 2, and a band side runner 1b with a band side runner blade 4b integrated with the band 3.
