Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing carbonated water capable of efficiently manufacturing high concentration carbonated water and a carbonic acid bath apparatus provided with the apparatus for manufacturing the carbonated water. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the carbonated water includes an electrolytic tank 10 in which an anode 11 containing carbon and a cathode 13 are arranged and a power source part 20 for applying voltage between the anode 11 and the cathode 13 intermittently with ≥10 kHz and ≤1,000 MHz frequency.
