Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a fine hollow inorganic body with a particle size of 100 μm or below containing no coarse particle size particles in large quantities in a short time. SOLUTION: After fine particles of an inorganic material becoming positive charge in a liquid or metal ions of positive charge are adsorbed on fine air bubbles, which are formed in the liquid by an ultrahigh speed revolution system or a pressure control system to be dispersed in the liquid and become negative charge in gas-liquid interface, the fine particles of the inorganic material becoming negative charge are adsorbed to produce the hollow inorganic body of which the size has the same size as that of the air bubbles of 100 μm or below even for the fine particles of either one of the inorganic materials positive and negative in the liquid.
